Would someone please explain to me just what the fuck that was? I'm not on this ship for a week and shit gets fucked up. I think someone owes me an explanation as to what the fuck this fucking ship actually fucking is. Right. Fucking. Now.

That was a breach. In short, the barge brushed so far against a dimension that it was overtaken by a particular setting, us included. I should have explained that upon your arrival, and I apologize for not doing so.

Breaches happen on an irregular bases, though floods - which where the environment changes, though we don't, or vice versa - happen at least once if not twice in a 30-day period.
